Since its opening in 1867, the Musée de Picardie has been considered one of the finest museums in France. Designed on the model of Napoleon III?s Louvre, it brings together and presents rich collections of archaeology, sculpture, objets d?art and paintings, inviting visitors on a journey from the Paleolithic to the present day.
The museum is also for the very young! From 18 months to 3 years of age, accompanied by a parent, they can learn about art just like grown-ups!
