An exclusive brand name for market garden produce!
The brand name ‘Les t’cho légumes des hortillons’ is used to market produce exclusively from the Hortillonnages. A means to encourage consumers to buy local, the brand also helps to maintain the high quality of farming on the site. Grown in the rich and fertile soil of the Hortillonnages, you’ll find a wide variety of vegetables including radishes, cauliflower, turnips, lettuce carrots and leeks on the stalls at the Marché sur l’Eau, for example.
