On every first Thursday of the month, we offer menus "meals and wines" at lunchtime and dinner as well as every Tuesday night.
Some suggestions among others: Scallop-shells from le Tréport, green aspergus and green risotto, local turbot, celeriac, "ris de veau" (calf sweetbread) with its farm butter
sauce, "vitelotte" stuffed with spinaches and parmesan cheese.
