A goat farm waiting to be discovered. All of the milk produced by the herd is turned into delicious specialities: fromage blanc, mature 'crottins' (small round cheese called Le Bicottin), goat's cheese pasties, tomme... at the end of the tour visitors get to sample some of these delights.
