Cité Médiévale de Lucheux
This pretty little village, north of Doullens, with its belfry, medieval castle and Romanesque church, tells us much about a typical Picardy village in the Middle Ages.
The only Medieval City in the Somme with the three monuments that symbolise the medieval past of France: the 12th to 13th-century fortified castle with its exceptional machicolations, the Romanesque church with its 12th century capitals and the 13th century belfry, a UNESCO heritage site.
