The Tourist Office

For hearing impaired people:

The Tourist Office is fitted with a loop detector to amplify sounds so that the travel advisor can communicate with a hearing impaired person with or without a hearing aid.

For mentally impaired people:

The Tourist Office has a simplified, clear and entertaining document presenting the city in the form of a map with drawings of the main monuments, as well as an index in Arial 16 font designed particularly for young people.
These 2 documents are available in paper format by request or clicking.

For physically disabled people:

The entrance, the inside area and the reception desk of the Tourist Office have been designed to welcome physically disabled people.
There are toilets near the City Hall that can be accessed via the lift from the medieval garden next to the cathedral.

For visually impaired people:

The Tourist Office has a Braille version of the city’s general presentation document for adults and another version for children (with the index mentioned previously).
In addition, these 2 supports, one for adults and one for children, are available in Arial 16 font in pdf version.

An enlarged city-centre map in A3 format also exists in pdf format.

Any conversation with a trip advisor may be recorded on a dictaphone, and the mini cassette will be immediately given to the person to help him/her get around the city.
