Amiens in colour

In the Middle Ages, the sculptures on the Notre-Dame Cathedral’s portals were painted in bright colours. Relive this experience…

 

€ 34 / person (Based on a minimum of 30 paying people)

  • 3pm – Your guide welcomes you at the Amiens Métropole Tourist Office.
  • 3.15pm – Guided tour of Amiens cathedral. One guide for a maximum of 30 people. Duration: 1½ hours
  • 5pm – Horse-drawn carriage ride through the city centre and the Saint-Leu district. 22-seat covered carriage; duration: 30 minutes, by rotation.
  • 7pm – Dinner in a restaurant near the cathedral.
  • At 10.45pm in June, at 10.30pm in July, at 10pm in August, at 9.45pm in September and at 7pm in December “Amiens, the cathedral in colour”: light projections revive the medieval colours on the portals. The results is exceptional. Outside, in front of the cathedral. Duration: 45 minutes
